退款政策

At Mikankisu we only provide the absolute best quality fruit from Japan. It is important to remember that fruit is a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. We take extreme care to pick the freshest produce. Unfortunately once we dispatch our fruit a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced.

Air conditioning, extreme heat, dryness, humidity or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the fruit. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Mikankisu to guarantee the fruit quality in every case. 

On average, our fruit should last between 2 and 5 days depending on the type of fruit. Should your fruit perish within 2 days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Mikankisu will be happy to send replacement fruit. Mikankisu reserves the right to request photos or images of the original fruit. Mikankisu requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the fruit be communicated to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original fruit. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh fruit to you if the original fruit is disposed.

Should you need to cancel your order, we'll refund you (with a deduction of HK$300 administrative cost) provided that notice is received by Mikankisu at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above (ea. if delivery is on the same day) are incurs a fee equal to 100% of the money paid. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in a form of a gift voucher to avoid administrative fee. 

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made to the original payment method used to place the order. Under no circumstances can we refund a credit card payment using an alternative payment service.
